What does it cost?
The LAN in itself is free! Depending on if we get grants and sponsors we will work to lower the costs for the participants! As of now you pay for your own travel ticket, your own living accommodations (read more below) and food during the LAN though! The organizers will contribute with some snacks, and of course amazing prizes and giveaways during the weekend!
Sponsors & Organization
We will work to get sponsors for the LAN so we can pay for more of the event (hopefully all of the food)! If you know any good sponsors please tell us. The best way to support the LAN if you are under det age of 26 is becoming a member of the TWU Sverok organization for free and support TWU and the LAN ❤

What to bring?
The LAN has 24 computers that we can borrow so the only thing you will need for the trip is your clothes, your favorite snacks, phone and charger, any medication you need, toothbrush and toiletries, a towel and bedsheets if you are staying with us at the hostel!
Accomodation
We will offer accommodation at these hostels in rooms together with only other TWU:ers. For this to work we will need your sign ups as soon as possible! There will be times where we will go together to and from the hostels, and they are nearby the place we will have the LAN!
When to arrive?
We have structured the LAN so it’s possible to arrive both during Friday and Saturday depending on your schedule and life! State when you want to arrive in your sign up form!
Food & Accessibility
Please write all your needs for accessibility in the sign up form and we will do our very best to accommodate you! We will make sure there is always vegan beverages and snacks; that no foodstuffs that there are allergies we know about in the rooms; and the place we will be at is wheelchair friendly!
Age limit & restrictions
Participants under the age of 15 must have a guardian with them during then LAN. Those under the age of 18 need their legal guardian’s approval to join. No alcohol or drugs are allowed at the LAN! Intoxicated participants will be sent home at their own expense.
