The Festival of Frights Returns!
This year’s Witches Festival in-game event begins next Thursday, October 26 at 16:00 CET , and runs until Tuesday, November 7 at 16:00 CET.
During this spoopiest of occasions, you can claim terrifyingly awesome event-specific rewards including Plunder Skulls, XP gain boosts, Event Tickets, and more! All adventurers can enjoy a passive 100% boost to XP gain at all times if you collect the Witchmother’s Whistle and down ladles of hag’s brew.

Tursday October 26th 16:00 CET – WITCHES FESTIVAL STARTS!
And we will start with opening a scary coop fanfiction story, a character spooky screenshot raffle (get 1000k gold just for entering, chance to win 200k gold!) and guides on how to do single player arenas, and follow your progress of the festival in a TWU-spreadsheet!
Friday October 27th 20:00 – Scary Other Games Night with @Pherrett
Spoopy season is here – what a perfect excuse to play scary games with friends! Due to popular demand we are hosting a Left 4 Dead 2 evening.
Zombie apocalypse is upon us! Four survivors try to fight their way to safety through swarms of zombies using whatever weapons they happen to find. In versus mode players take turns playing as zombies and survivors fighting each other.
This FPS game is very beginner friendly, so don’t hesitate to join if the idea tickles your mind at all. ^^
If we have four people or less, we will play story mode. With more people we can either play versus mode or divide into multiple groups for story mode depending on what you people want to do.
What kind of scary: Blood and gore, violence, zombies.
A tip if you want to join but don’t own the game yet:
The game costs a little under 10€ on Steam, but it’s included in pretty much every major Steam sale. Halloween sale is predicted to begin on October 26th (rumours!), so if you don’t own the game yet it might be worth waiting out to see if the price drops!
Saturday October 28th 14:00 CET – Spooky Co-op Housing with @Pherrett
We will meet up in Pherrett’s eerie Coldharbour Unreal Estate and together create the perfect seasonal abode for the Festival of Frights!
Pherrett has collected all the wicked, creepy and boo-tiful housing items she could find in heaps and rows around the plot. Now it is up to our imaginations only to figure out what to create with them…
You don’t need any prior housing experience to join. Voice channel hangout is happening but it’s optional: in-game group text chat works fine as well.
Sunday October 29th 11:00 CET- Cozy sunday map run @HunterElu
Brave delves, world bosses, dolmens and public dungeons and make those dremora loot crates rain upon you like the blood of your enemies! In a cozy Sunday morning fashion, with a cup of preferred hot beverage in hand.
Monday October 30th 19:00 CET – Phasmophobia Night with @Pherrett
It’s a big update day on ESO. No sense to even try to open it. Instead, you should definitely join us for some scary fun in Phasmophobia!
In this co-op game a group of up to four players heads to a haunted house with a mission to figure out which kind of ghost has settled in there. Using a variety of ghost-busting devices we will rule out some ghost behaviours to find out the real one. It’s a little bit like Guess who?, actually, so nothing to be scared of here…
Beginner friendly: everything will be explained to new players and we would be very happy to have you!
What kind of scary: raising level of intensity, spooky atmosphere. No big jump scares. Gets less scary as you learn the ropes and know what to expect.
This game will most likely be part of the Steam Halloween sale (rumoured to start on Thursday Oct 26th) so don’t rush into buying it yet even if you want to join!
Tuesday October 31st 19:00 CET – Dragonstar Arena Night with @Frankles
This night is a night of Arenas! Friendly Frankles will guide 3 adventurers in conquering a normal Dragon Star Arena! We will rise to the challenge of this base game arena and entertain ourselves through the long speeches by a disenchanted Dremora with witty repartee!
Wednesday November 1st 19:00 CET – Black Rose Prison Arena Night with @pyrolah
Put your best armor on because we are bracing the murky swamps of Murkmire and going deep into the lair of the Blackguards, all to get that fancy arena loot! Pyrolah can probably do this arena in her sleep, so no matter the hostile surroundings you are in safe hands!
Thursday November 2nd – Do What Thou Wilt!
A day off from guild lead activities, what? Use #lfg channel in discord to hang out with each other and do spooky things! ❤
Friday November 3rd 18:00 CET – Naked Dungeon Run @Pherrett
Yeeehaw, throw off those clothes because we are heading to the Vaults of Madness in our small clothes! Naked dungeons means you may use food, potions and abilities, but you may not use any armors, weapons or jewelry that you already owned and may ONLY use what you pick up in the dungeon! Some white low level boots? Don’t mind if I do! Join an evening full of laughter and no pants!
Saturday November 4th 18:00 CET Trial Run with @frankles
and 21:00 Cozy Scary Movie Night with @perdita and @pyrolah
First we will head into a normal trial together under the safe guidance of guild leader Frankles, we shall have a nice time, prevail and loot our best spoopy loot boxes. After the trial it is time to bring out the popcorn for we shall have a movie night hangout together here on discord. And you will be able to vote on what dark movie we will watch!
